WHO WE SERVE
FOUNDATION IS FOR YOU IF ..
You're an adult 18+ in recovery from substance use

You're transitioning from treatment, detox, or a hospital setting

You're committed to maintaining sobriety and following house expectations
—
You're willing to attend at least four recovery meetings per week
—
You're prepared to seek employment within 14 days of entering the program
—
We serve men and women in separate homes. All residents participate in the Foundation Framework from day one.
You're a case worker, social worker, or treatment center referring a client

THE PROCESS
Complete the online application. It covers your background, recovery history, and housing needs. Everything you share is confidential. You can also apply on behalf of a client if you're a referral partner.

We'll match you to the right home based on your needs, location preferences, and current availability across our eight homes.

Once placement is confirmed, we'll walk you through move-in expectations, the Foundation Framework, and house rules. Your first 48 hours include an orientation period to help you settle in. You're not just getting a room — you're joining a community.
